Please read these terms carefully. By buying a product or creating an account on AIMAFIA, you agree to the terms below about delivery, warranty, payments and account use.

1. Digital Products & Delivery
Everything sold on AIMAFIA is a digital product (such as AI tool subscriptions, software licences and shared accounts). After we verify your payment, your account details are sent to your email or WhatsApp and shown on your private order page.
2. Warranty & Replacements
Each product's warranty period is shown in its description.
- Replacement: if your account stops working during the warranty period, we replace it free of charge.
- Refund: if we can't replace it, we refund the unused part as explained in our Warranty & Refund Policy.
3. Payment Verification & Fraud
You must send the exact order amount and upload a real, unedited screenshot of the payment. Fake, edited or reused payment proofs lead to the order being rejected and the customer being blocked from the store.
4. Account Usage Rules
For shared subscriptions and accounts, do not change the password, email, phone number, recovery details or plan settings. Doing so breaks the rules and ends the warranty without a refund.
5. Third-Party Services
You must follow the terms of each service you use (for example OpenAI, Netflix or Spotify). AIMAFIA is an independent seller and is not affiliated with or endorsed by these companies.
